• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
3. Exchanges:
• We offer exchanges for items of the same value if the product received is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
• Gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
